They are giving them the top medical care in this country that is known to be available. They are also learning what is being tested and tried to see if new treatments are becoming available. These are the times when a young doctor can test and see what works for them. It is also a time where they learn to make decisions for themselves to care for their patients.
So, becoming a doctor is hard work and diligence to help their patients follow through. It takes motivation from the patients as well to make them get better as well.
